Description

Predmet nabave je fungicid za suzbijanje biljne bolesti - hrastove pepelnice (Microsphaera alphitoides) u obliku koncentrata za suspenziju. Sredstvo mora sadržavati aktivnu tvar mefentriflukonazol (75 g/l). Na ovu nabavu primjenjuju se odredbe Zakona o održivoj uporabi pesticida (NN 46/22), te u smislu tog Zakona ponuđeni proizvod mora imati valjano rješenje o registraciji sredstva za zaštitu bilja registrirano za primjenu na kulturi: hrast (priznaje se i proširenje uporabe na male kulture i/ili male namjene) i kao takvo se mora nalaziti na popisu registriranih sredstava za zaštitu bilja u Fitosanitarnom informacijskom sustavu (FIS) koji se vodi pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (https://fis.mps.hr/trazilicaszb/). U FIS-u pod formulacijom sredstva mora biti navedeno - koncentrat za suspenziju, pod namjenom sredstva - fungicid. Prihvatljiva pakiranja su 0,5 l, 1 l i 5 l, uz uvjet da minimalno 10.000 litara sredstva bude u pakiranju od 1 L.
