Kakvoća naftnih derivata koji su predmet nabave mora odgovarati zahtjevima odnosno važećim minimalnim standardima u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, sukladno Uredbi o kakvoći tekućih naftnih goriva ("Narodne novine", broj 131/2021, 83/2025).
