Description

Predmet nabave je kupnja turističkog putničkog broda na električni pogon za prijevoz 50 putnika. Predmet nabave obuhvaća: - uslugu projektiranja (izrada klasifikacijske i radioničke dokumentacije te ishođenje odobrenje Hrvatskog registra brodova - HRB) turističkog putničkog broda na električni pogon za plovidbu jezerima Nacionalnog parka Plitvička jezera - izgradnju turističkog putničkog broda na električni pogon za plovidbu jezerima Nacionalnog parka Plitvička jezera sukladno izrađenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji - davanje jamstva na izgrađeni brod te pojedinu opremu (motor i sl.), sukladno propisanom u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave dan je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji koja čini prilog ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Brod se nabavlja po sistemu „ključ u ruke“. Ponuditelju su u Tehničkoj specifikaciji dane osnovne smjernice i podaci potrebni za izvršenje predmeta nabave kojih se ponuditelj mora pridržavati da bi zadovoljio potrebe Naručitelja. Brod mora biti projektiran i izgrađen sa sljedećim osnovnim funkcionalnostima: - Modularna paluba s demontažnim sjedalicama smještenim na uzdužne vodilice. Potrebno je osigurati mogućnost demontaže/montaže sjedalica unutar 30 min. Vodilice se ne smiju izdizati iznad palube više od 15 mm, a izdignuti rub ne smije biti vertikalan. - Sjedalice/klupe su širine 500 mm, međusobno udaljene 850 mm (naslon - naslon), izvedene kao tri sjedalice povezane u jednu klupu. Visina naslona od palube minimalno 800 mm. Sjedalice/klupe moraju biti ergonomski oblikovane te posjedovati certifikat za ugradnju na brodove. - Putnički prostor je otvoreno/zatvorenog tipa s otvorivim staklenim stijenama palube. - Prostor mora imati mogućnost grijanja tijekom zimskog perioda - Grotleni pokloci se ne smiju izdizati iznad palube više od 15 mm, a izdignuti rub ne smije biti vertikalan. Navedeni podaci odnose se na funkcionalnost putničkog prostora, dok su detaljni tehnički podaci dani su u dokumentu „Tehnička specifikacija“ i „Opći plan“. Ponuditelj će biti obavezan prilagoditi vanjštinu broda (boja, logotipi i dr) dizajnu koji se uklapa u cjelokupnu flotu nacionalnog parka sukladno vizualnom identitetu NP Plitvička jezera.
