Description

Die Ausführung des Hochwasserschutzprojekts wird in zwei separaten Losen erstellt. -       Los Vormassnahmen -      Los Hauptarbeiten Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Arbeiten vom Los Vormassnahmen. Das Los Hauptarbeiten ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Die Arbeiten beim Los Vormassnahmen umfassen folgende Massnahmen:   Geissbergbach Oberhalb der Hochweidstrasse wird ein neuer Geschiebesammler erstellt. Der Einlaufbereich wird mit Blöcken in Beton ausgeführt. Als Auslaufbauwerk wird eine Betonmauer mit eingesetzten Stahlträgern (Rechen) erstellt. Der Unterhaltszugang zum Geschiebesammler erfolgt ab der Hochweidstrasse über eine neue Erschliessungsstrasse mit Schotterrasen. Der best. Durchlass Hochweidstrasse bleibt unverändert. Oberhalb des Kiessammlers wird das Gerinne mittels einer neu erstellten Beckenstruktur mit Schwellen, bestehend aus 1.5 bis 2.5 Tonnen schweren Blöcken in Beton, auf den nötigen HW-Querschnitt ausgebaut. Die Blöcke in den Böschungen werden nicht einbetoniert. Weiter oben, ausgangs des Waldes, wird mittels Terrainanpassung ein Ablenkdamm erstellt.   Hochweidbach Oberhalb der Hochweidstrasse wird das Gerinne ausgebaut und der Abflussquerschnitt vergrössert, um das Wasser fassen zu können. Im steilen oberen Bereich wird der Bach durch Blöcke und Schwellen als Beckenstruktur gestaltet.   Mattlibach Im Oberlauf des Mattlibachs wird ein Geschiebesammler mit einem neuen Auslaufbauwerk erstellt. Der Einlaufbereich wird mit Blöcken in Beton ausgeführt. Das Auslaufbauwerk wird mittels Rechenkosruktion ausgebildet und schliesst an die bestehende Eindolung an.   Karlismattbach Oberhalb des Siedlungsrandes am Haggeneggweg wird ein neuer Geschiebesammler erstellt. Der Einlaufbereich wird mit Blöcken in Beton ausgeführt. Als Auslaufbauwerk wird eine Betonmauer mit eingesetzten Stahlträgern (Rechen) erstellt. Für den Bau sind vorgängig Umlegungen von Werk- und Quellwasserleitungen erforderlich. Der Unterhaltszugang zum Geschiebesammler erfolgt über eine neue Erschliessungsstrasse mit Schotterrasen.   Unterhalb des Kiessammlers wird das Gerinne mittels einer neu erstellten Beckenstruktur mit Schwellen, bestehend aus 1.5 bis 2.5 Tonnen schweren Blöcken in Beton, auf den nötigen HW-Querschnitt ausgebaut. Die Blöcke in den Böschungen werden nicht einbetoniert. Der kleine, bereits vorhandene Kiessammler bleibt unverändert bestehen.   Die detaillierten Massnahmen und genauen Abgrenzungen sind in den Projektpläne ersichtlich. Die einzelnen Baustellen sind auf verschiedene Teilperimeter verteilt und nicht zusammenhängend. Die Zwischentransporte von Aushubmaterial und Humus sind teilweise Bauplatzübergreifend, wobei die öffentlichen Strassen und Grundstücke/Strassen Dritter gequert werden müssen.
