Description

Heizungs- und Sanitärinstallationen im EG bis 3.OG des Gebäudes, Objekt Augustenstraße 11. Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um ein bestehendes, viergeschossiges Gebäude. Das ehem. Straßenreinigungsdepots wird zu einer Notschlafstelle mit Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Obdachlose umgenutzt. Hierfür ist die Nachrüstung mit WC-Anlagen, einer Küche mit Gemeinschaftsbereich, einem Security-Raum, sowie einer neuen Aufteilung der benötigten Schlafräume notwendig. Zusätzlich wird das Gebäude mit einem weiteren Geschoss in Holzbauweise aufgestockt, wodurch Schlafplätze geschaffen werden. Das zu sanierende Gebäude ist 4-geschossig und schließt oben mit Flachdächern ab. Das Gebäude ist voll unterkellert. Das Gebäude ist in einer Mischkonstruktion aus Stahlbetonskelettbau und tragenden Wänden zur Aussteifung erstellt. Die Außenwände bestehen aus Leca-Mauerwerk, die im EG mit Ziegelmauerwerk verblendet wurden und in den oberen Geschossen verputzt sind. Die Decken wurden betoniert.
