The JRC Karlsruhe plans to purchase 3 Hand-Held Instruments for the Detection and Identification of Radionuclides. They will be integrated in the EUSECTRA portfolio of equipment used in trainings. The devices will be of particular interest for the customized trainings for front line officers and law enforcement units, such as detection and response, radiological crime scene management, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD).
