Girionių katilinės rekonstrukcijos, įrengiant naują biokuro katilą su kondensaciniu ekonomaizeriu, techninio darbo projekto parengimas ir rangos darbai Pirkimui nepateikta nei viena paraiška, todėl pripažinta, kad pirkimo procedūros yra pasibaigusios, vadovaujantis Komunalinio sektoriaus pirkimų įstatymo 41 straipsnio 2 dalies 4 punktu „Pirkimo (ar atskiros pirkimo dalies) ar projekto konkurso procedūros baigiasi, kai: <...> 4) per nustatytą terminą nepateikiama nė vienos paraiškos, pasiūlymo, projekto konkurso plano ar projekto.“.
