Description

Marché qui porte sur des missions de conseil stratégique et de gestion opérationnelle de campagnes de relations presse en coordination avec les responsables du musée et de la ville. Marché à procédure adaptée prenant la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire avec montants minimum et maximum annuels (8 000 euro(s) HT / 20 000 euro(s) HT). Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commande. Il prend effet à compter du 1er janvier 2027 jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027 et il sera ensuite renouvelable deux fois par période de douze mois par reconduction expresse sans que la durée totale du marché ne puisse excéder trois ans (c'est-à-dire jusqu'au 31 décembre 2029). Les prestations faisant l'objet de chaque bon de commande devront être livrées dans un délai défini expressément par les deux parties. Prix fermes jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027 puis révisables. Négociation possible mais pas obligatoire. Paiement par mandat administratif sous 30 jours. Financement sur le budget ville. La procédure est entièrement dématérialisée.
