Gestion déléguée du marché hebdomadaire, fêtes, foires locales et marchés nocturnes (centre-ville) à Meung-sur-Loire - Exploitation et gestion des marchés de biens et denrées ainsi que certaines foires locales et marchés nocturnes, dans un périmètre défini par la collectivité. - Recherche de commerçants, placement en lien avec la commission municipale - Convention d'une durée de 4 ans maximum - Mise en place d'animations, promotion du marché et des fêtes, - Gestion des fêtes, fêtes foraines, foires locales, notamment la foire de la Saint-Martin et divers marchés nocturnes ainsi que certaines occupations commerciales du domaine public, à la demande de la collectivité, - Respect des sujétions liées à l'exercice d'un service public, - Encaissement des recettes en appliquant les tarifs approuvés par la commune et paiement des dépenses, - Tenue d'un plan détaillé du marché avec coordonnées complètes des abonnés - Proposition de développement et d'évolution
