Description
The budget consumption rate of the framework contract for Technical Support on Aviation Emissions and Impact Assessment is higher than initially planned. While the contract will only expire in March 2027, the budgetary envelope is likely to be consumed by Q1 2026. This is primarily due to unforeseen work/projects related to sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and ICAO CAEP 13 developments.
