Geolocation and georeferencing of public lighting network - Strasbourg Sud, Lauterbourg and Marckolsheim port areas

The contracting authority seeks services to geolocate and georeference the public lighting network in the port areas of Strasbourg Sud, Lauterbourg and Marckolsheim. The work includes non-intrusive detection of the underground lighting network and lampposts, georeferencing of the network in Class A, and probing surveys. This will be executed as a framework agreement via purchase orders. Payment will be based on unit and flat rates. Small businesses providing geolocation and surveying services may be interested.
