Предмет закупівлі повинен відповідати зазначеним вимогам; мати залишковий термін придатності на момент поставки не менше ніж 2/3 від загального терміну придатності, встановленого виробником предмету закупівлі. посилання на конкретні торговельну марку чи фірму, патент, конструкцію або тип предмета закупівлі, джерело його походження або виробника читати з виразом "або еквівалент країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Валютою пропозиції є національна валюта України - гривня. 1.2. Розрахунки здійснюватимуться у національній валюті України згідно з умовами укладеного договору. 1.3. Ціна за одиницю складової предмету закупівлі з ПДВ визначається з дотриманням вимог законодавства України про національну валюту України, якою є гривня та її сота частина копійка. При визначенні ціни за одиницю складової частини предмету закупівлі реалізація вказаних положень законодавства України про національну валюту здійснюється Замовником та Учасником-переможцем шляхом укладання додаткового договору (одночасно з договором про закупівлю), яким сторони погоджують відповідні корегування ціни. Поставка Товару здійснюється згідно узгоджених заявок у визначеному порядку силами (персоналом) та засобами ПРОДАВЦЯ, за умови повного та належного сприяння з боку ПОКУПЦЯ на склад ПОКУПЦЯ за адресою : 01021, м.
