L'accord cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur pour une durée maximale de quatre ans et il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande par le TMB-GEIE. Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la fourniture et l’équipement de « Véhicules Sécurité Trafic » (VST) pour le Tunnel du Mont-Blanc. L’accord cadre prévoit la fourniture et l’équipement de minimum onze VST.
