Description

Le marché a pour objet la location de véhicules de tourisme et utilitaires PTAC inférieur à 3,5 T pour des courtes à moyennes durées. Les locations seront réalisées pour les besoins exclusivement des agents employés par la commune d'Aix en Provence ou pour les conseillers municipaux. A ce titre, le prestataire pourra être contacté par différents services de la commune. Aucun allotissement n'est prévu pour cette consultation. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un montant maximum annuel. Le contrat est conclu à compter de la date de notification pour une période initiale de 1an. Le contrat est renouvelable tacitement 2 fois 1 an, soit une durée maximale de 3 ans. Toutefois, selon les modalités définies à l'AE, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra prendre la décision de reconduire l'accord-cadre de manière anticipée. Montant maximum annuel: 220 000 euro(s) HT. Les candidats pourront bénéficier d'une avance. Aucune retenue de garantie n'est prévue
