Le présent Marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de voirie sur la Commune de Sanary Sur Mer. Ce marché est divisé en deux lots à savoir : - opérations de voiries d'un montant supérieur à 50 000EUR et inférieur ou égal à 150 000EUR - opérations de voirie d'un montant supérieur à 150 000EUR et inférieur ou égal à 3 000 000EUR Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande en application des articles R 2162-1 à R 2162-6 et R 2162-13 à R 2162-14 du code de la commande publique.; Le marché est l'accord cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents. Le nombre d’opérateurs économiques retenus sera de trois(3), sous réserve d’un nombre suffisant de candidats et d’offres. Les marchés subséquents seront passés à survenance du besoin. Les marchés subséquents seront des marchés ordinaires. Le lieu d'exécution des prestations sera précisé dans le cahier des clauses particulières de chaque marché subséquent qui sera passé sur le fondement de l’accord cadre. En tout état de cause les missions concerneront une opération ou plusieurs opérations localisée(s) sur le périmètre de la ville de Sanary-sur-Mer. Le cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP) définit les modalités de remise en concurrence au stade du ou des marchés subséquents ainsi que les contours du principe d’obligation de réponse.
