Dalkia, which holds a public service delegation contract for financing, designing, building and operating a heating and cooling network powered by heat recovery from the wastewater network in Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Cannes, is procuring turnkey electrical and automation works for a 9 MW heat production plant. The scope includes installation and connection of the HV delivery substation (prefabricated substation as an option), the HV link cable to the transformer room, installation and connection of the transformation substation (2 x 2,500 kVA, transformers and cells optional), supply and installation of the main low voltage switchboard feeding the process (6 x 1.5 MW boilers, circulation pumps, cabling and connections), the regulation and automation system, miscellaneous utilities such as lighting, and commissioning.
