Description

La consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché global de performances comprenant l'Exploitation et la Maintenance pris en application de l'article L2171-3 du Code de la Commande Publique portant sur la performance énergétique. Le contrat de performance énergétique comporte des prestations de conception réhabilitation exploitation maintenance et porte sur un ensemble de bâtiments du CH de Martigues, tous étant concernés par les prestations d'exploitation-maintenance, ainsi que, à des niveaux d'importance différents définis dans le programme, par des prestations de conception et de réalisation de travaux. Le marché porte notamment sur : - L'amélioration de la performance énergétique - La prise en charge des installations - Les prestations de type P2 et P3 - Un engagement de performance - Les prestations de sensibilisation des usagers et personnels Une note de définition des besoins est annexée au règlement. Les caractéristiques des ouvrages et services seront précisés dans le programme. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la possibilité au cours du dialogue compétitif d'optimiser, de préciser ou de modifier de manière non substantielle la description des besoins
