L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. IL s'agit d'une mise disposition de matériel qui inclut au minimum les prestations décrites ci-dessous : - La mise à disposition de l'équipement nécessaire à l'utilisation des fibres laser Thulium - La fourniture, l'installation et la mise en service de l'équipement nécessaire - La formation du personnel - La maintenance tous risques des équipements et de leurs périphériques associés fournis pendant la durée contractuelle du marché y compris les maintenances préventives, correctives, et assistance technique sur site pour la réalisation de connexions informatiques ou autres - L'assistance technique téléphonique du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 18h - La fourniture des consommables - La reprise et l'évacuation des équipements à l'issue de la période contractuelle du marché. Précisions techniques du besoin de l'établissement sont définies au cahier des clauses particulières (CCP):
