Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Situé au coeur du Périmètre Sauvegardé de Mise en Valeur du Patrimoine de la Ville de Saint-Omer, ce projet s'inscrit dans une vision ambitieuse pour transformer le Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental à l'horizon 2030 dont l'objectif est de rationaliser et d'améliorer les sites d'enseignements. Le bâtiment patrimonial deviendra un lieu polyvalent, idéal pour la diffusion et l'enseignement de musiques anciennes, la voix, le théâtre et les pratiques collective via l'auditorium de près de 200 places, de deux grandes salles de pratiques collectives et des autres espaces. Les attentes de la rénovation sont les suivantes : - Répondre aux enjeux programmatique et patrimoniaux d'un bâtiment inscrit à l'inventaire des « monuments historiques » - La reprise des désordres structurels, - Le traitement acoustique, - L'obtention du label BBC rénovation Effinergie désamiantage - curage - démolition; échafaudage parapluie; installation de chantier - gros-oeuvre - reprise de structure; charpente bois - couverture ardoise; façades pierre - enduit; menuiseries extérieures bois - occultations; serrurerie - métallerie; menuiseries intérieures bois - mobilier; cloisons - doublages - faux-plafonds; revêtements de sols et murs; peinture; Électricité CFO-CFA; CVC - plomberie; appareil élévateur; réseaux scéniques - matériels; serrurerie - machinerie scénique; assises fixes; gradins métalliques
