La consultation est décomposée en 2 lots : - Lot n°1 Secteur Nord du Département Montant minimum 2 500 000,00 euro(s) HT Montant maximum 9 000 000,00 euro(s) HT - Lot n°2 Secteur Sud du Département Montant minimum 3 000 000,00 euro(s) HT Montant maximum 10 000 000,00 euro(s) HT Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux neufs, rénovation et entretien sur les V.R.D. Possibilité d'extensions de parcs ou la création de parkings, travaux sur de nouvelles parcelles sur le Secteur nord du Département : Parc Georges-Valbon à la Courneuve, Aire des vents à Dugny, Sausset à Aulnay-Sous-Bois, Vallon du Sausset sous gestion départementale à Tremblay en France, IIe-Saint-Denis Villepinte et tous les espaces extérieurs des propriétés départementales situées au nord du canal de L'Ourcq; Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de travaux neufs, rénovation et entretien sur les V.R.D.
