Restructuration de la piscine Altitude 500 (14 lots) - Démolition et désamiantage des locaux non conservés - Restructuration des locaux techniques existants et du grand bassin de 50m. - Création d'une halle avec bassins couverts - Création de locaux annexes piscine - Création d'un espace de restauration - Aménagement d'un parking de 79places VL+2 roues sur zone actuelle de stationnement - Ré aménagement d'un parvis d'accès avenue Honoré Lions - Réaménagement des espaces extérieurs de solarium du parc existant. Variantes autorisée uniquement pour le Lot 2 Prestation supplémentaire éventuelle lot 11 : PSE n°1 : Réalisation d'une aire de jeux d'eau extérieurs. Pour chacun des lots, le délai d'exécution court à compter de la notification de l'ordre de service n°1. Le délai d'exécution global des travaux est de 81 semaines. Le calendrier prévisionnel global de l'opération est le suivant (cf.
