L'accord cadre a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de rénovation des chaussées et des dépendances du Département de l’Oise supportant un trafic faible et moyen, incluant des renforcements et retraitements structurels à froid et tièdes, des couches de roulement froides et tièdes, et des aménagements accessoires divers en et hors agglomérations pour un trafic inférieur à 120 PL/j/sens ainsi que la réparation de fissures issues des argiles gonflantes notamment par la mise en place de grilles en tant que dispositif participatif de lutte contre les remontées de fissures. Le périmètre de l’accord cadre indiquant les travaux concernés et les travaux exclus est précisé à l’article 1 du CCTP. Les caractéristiques techniques des travaux à réaliser, notamment les spécifications des constituants, les conditions de fournitures, de fabrication, de transport et de mise en œuvre des travaux objet de l'accord-cadre sont précisées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) commun aux 2 lots.
