Description

La consultation est passée en procédure formalisée et donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre pluri-attributaires à bons de commande (principe de la cascade entre les titulaires de l'accord-cadre). Les modalités de passation des bons de commandes et les conditions de révision de prix sont explicitées respectivement au Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP). L'accord-cadre aura une durée de 12 mois à compter de sa date de notification, reconductible tacitement trois fois par période analogue, soit une durée totale de 48 mois. Les modalités d'émission des bons de commande sont décrites dans le CCAP. Cette consultation ne comporte ni tranche optionnelle, ni prestations supplémentaire éventuelle et elle prohibe les variantes
