The contract covers optional lots as defined in the specifications, with each lot awarded separately and services paid at lump-sum prices. This is the first works operation to be carried out, alongside the PAW team, holder of the framework agreement for project management of the Monastere des Clarisses. The operation, called 'Safeguarding of Heritage Works', concerns preservation works on the buildings to halt the major deterioration processes currently damaging the convent. The site mainly concerns the closed and covered envelope. The works include scaffolding and protection, demolition, stonemasonry, timber framework, roofing with asbestos removal, joinery and painting, stained glass and metalwork, electricity and plumbing, roads and various networks.
