Accord-cadre à bons de commande, composé de 6 lots, multi attributaires (3 opérateurs économiques par lot) conclu en vue de la réalisation de travaux d'entretien courant et travaux neufs connexes aux travaux d'entretien courant portant sur la réhabilitation partielle, par différents corps d'état, des bâtiments de Nîmes Métropole tels que listés dans le CCTP. Cet accord-cadre cet donne lieu à la passation de bons de commande réglés par application des prix du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires en fonction des quantités réellement exécutées. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible trois fois par période d'un an chaque fois et dans les mêmes conditions. Dans le cadre de ce marché, la Communauté d'Agglomération de Nîmes Métropole agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur.
