Les compétences obligatoires sont les suivantes : - Management d'opération en contrat global ou en entreprise générale (toutes phase) ; - Bâtiment Tout Corps d'Etat ; - Désamiantage ; - Installation de cuisine professionnelle ; - Architecte DPLG, HMNOP ou équivalent ; - Maitrise d'oeuvre désamiantage ; - Structure ; - Fluides CVC ; - Courants forts / courants faibles ; - Coordination des systèmes de sécurité incendie (CSSI) ; - Économiste de la construction ; - Conception cuisine ; - Voirie et réseaux divers (VRD) ; - Qualité environnementale du bâtiment (STD, qualité des matériaux, réemploi) toutes phases ; - Acoustique ; - Maintenance de niveaux 4 ; - Maintenance des réseaux aérauliques ; - Commissionnement : au suivi du PMVP et conduite des installations en vue de respecter les objectifs performanciels ET opérationnelles et aux missions de commissionnement depuis les études jusqu'à la fin de la 1ère année d'exploitation. 3 candidats maximum sélectionnés sont admis à soumissionner. Une prime sera versée aux soumissionnaires ayant remis des prestations conformes au règlement de la consultation de la phase « offres » d'un montant de 71 666,67 euro(s) HT, soit 86 000 euro(s) TTC. Heures d'insertion : 4 305 heures
