Description

La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux de réalisation matérielle et technique de l'oeuvre murale monumentale de l'artiste Franck SCURTI, dans la station LABÈGE MADRON (LMA) de la Connexion Ligne B (CLB) du métro toulousain. Il s'agit d'un marché de travaux au sens de l'article L. 1111-2 du Code de la commande publique. L'oeuvre consiste en une peinture murale représentant des nuages blancs et colorés sur fond bleu monochrome (RAL Design KLARBLAU 240 60 40), accompagnée de numérotations fictives rapportées composées de chiffres et d'un « N° ». Les détails sont disponibles dans le CCTP et son annexe. Elle se déploie au rez-de-chaussée de la station sur trois surfaces verticales : le mur frontal de la salle d'échange et les deux murs latéraux des cages d'escalier menant aux quais, soit une surface totale approximative de ± 297 m² (mur frontal ± 67 m², murs latéraux nord et sud ± 115 m² chacun) et un total de 30 nuages, dont 19 entiers portant une numérotation fictive et 11 partiels ou tronqués. La présente consultation se déroule selon les règles qui sont décrites dans l'avis d'appel à la concurrence d'une part et dans le présent règlement de la consultation (RC) d'autre part. Le délai global d'exécution des travaux est de 6 mois hors garanties contractuelles
