Base navale de Toulon - Rénovation de la Station de Conversion (SC) Milhaud L’opération concerne : • le remplacement des groupes frigorifiques 1 à 3 (GF1, GF2, GF3) dédiés aux Groupes Convertisseurs n°1 et n°2 (GC1 et GC2), • le remplacement de l’automate de gestion des GF1 à 3, • le remplacement du tableau actuel 10kV - 50Hz des GC1 et GC2, • la modification du transformateur HT/BT auxiliaire 630kVA 10kV/410V, • des adaptations sur le TGBT A30, • la modification du contrôle commande commun de la station de conversion Milhaud 10 kV/6,3 kV comprenant le changement des automates programmables des 3 GC, • les travaux annexes pour rénover et sécuriser la station de conversion Milhaud 10 kV/6,3 kV : - un nettoyage général, reprise du second œuvre et éventuellement reprise des peintures, - rénovation des éclairages et de la distribution tertiaire, - démantèlement des installations obsolètes ou abandonnées (points d’eau, tableaux et installations HTA inutilisés, relais de protection hors service etc.), - transformation de deux locaux inutilisés en un seul et même local réserve, - fourniture d’équipement de protections individuelles (EPI) électriques suivant les normes en vigueur, - reprise du système de ventilation en toiture (changement à minima d’un extracteur en toiture). • la mise en conformité au regard de la cybersécurité des équipements de la station de conversion Milhaud 10 kV/6,3 kV (ouvrages rénovés uniquement).
