Description

Le présent accord-cadre est un marché d’exploitation et de maintenance du réseau d’assainissement sur la zone géographique de compétence de l’USID Saint-Mandrier comprenant : 1 - L’exploitation et la maintenance des réseaux d’assainissement ; 2 - L'exploitation et la maintenance des installations techniques de traitement des eaux usées (bacs à graisse, fosses septiques, stations de relevage, micro station d’épuration, séparateurs d'hydrocarbures et stations de refoulement des eaux usées Nord et Sud) ; 3 - L’entretien des toitures, des gouttières et des descentes d’eaux pluviales ; 4 - L’entretien et le curage des collecteurs verticaux EU primaires, des collecteurs horizontaux EU en vide sanitaire ainsi que des rampes d’urinoirs. L’accord-cadre est conclu avec les seuils suivants : sans minimum sur 4 ans -maximum 900 000 euros HT sur 4 ans. A titre indicatif, le montant total des bons de commande (BdC), sur l’ensemble des périodes du précédent accord-cadre, s’élève à environ 712 000 euros TTC et se décompose ainsi : P1 (2022) : Forfait PFEM (Part forfaitaire exploitation maintenance annuelle) : 45k euros - Hors forfait : 68k euros (4 BdC) ; P2 (2023) : Forfait PFEM : 43k euros- Hors forfait : 91k euros (5 BDC) ; P3 (2024) : Forfait PFEM : 44k euros -Hors forfait : 152k euros (16 BDC) ; P4 (2025, en cours) : Forfait PFEM : 45k euros -Hors forfait : 223 k euros (16 BDC).Il s’agit d’une relance de la phase candidature consécutive à une décision sans suite pour motif d’intérêt général.
