Description

Le programme prévoit de porter l'ensemble à 169 logements et 29 Cellules commerciales grâce aux réaménagements des rez-de-chaussée. Le projet global prévoit notamment : - L'isolation thermique par l'extérieur des immeubles, - L'installation d'une VMC mécanique (simple flux hygro B ou basse pression ou double flux) dans les logements, - Le remplacement de l'ensemble des menuiseries extérieures des logements, - La réhabilitation des RdC et RdC bas des immeubles, - La certification BBC Effinergie-rénovation 2024. Cette opération est subventionnée par l'ANRU dans le cadre d'une vaste opération de renouvellement urbain NPNRU sur le quartier Croix Rouge. Lauréate de l'appel à projet "Quartiers résilients", elle bénéficie par ailleurs de subventions complémentaires, car exemplaire à plusieurs titres. Les entreprises retenues devront s'inscrire dans cette démarche globale. Ce marché contient une clause d'insertion sociale par le travail : 140 h pour le lot n°06 et 245 h pour le lot n°11. Les prestations sont réglées par un prix global forfaitaire selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement Sols-faïence; Electricité
