Le présent marché public a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation de la cité Auguste Delaune - 159 logements, à Bezons. Le présent marché public a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de réhabilitation des 159 logements et parties communes de la cité Auguste Delaune à Bezons (3 bâtiments). Le marché sera dévolu à une entreprise générale ou à un groupement momentané d'entreprises. Une visite de site est obligatoire (rubrique 1.5 du R.C.). Le candidat devra répondre impérativement aux 2 PSE prévues. La valeur estimée du marché (point 5.1.5) inclut les 2 PSE, dont la PSE 2 visant à la création d'ascenseurs dans 2 bâtiments. Un chiffre d'affaires minimal moyen (15 800 000 HT Euros ) est demandé aux candidats sur les 3 dernières années (rubrique 3.2.2 du R.C.).
