Description

Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente procédure adaptée fait suite à la résiliation pour défaillance du titulaire initial du lot 3 - MENUISERIES BOIS - FAUX-PLAFOND - CLOISONS - MOBILIER, dans le cadre des travaux de construction du pôle coordination des CDPS et de la Maison Hospitalière du Centre Hospitalière de Cayenne. La présente consultation vise à assurer la continuité du chantier en cours (démarrage en novembre 2024) et la reprise des prestations dudit lot. Il est précisé aux opérateurs économiques l'urgence de la situation, compte tenu de l'état d'avancement du chantier. En effet, le calendrier initial prévoyait un démarrage d'une part le 25 juin 2025 avec le traçage des cloisons et le 30 juillet 2025 avec l'installation des brise-soleils d'autre part. Ce planning initial est joint à la présente consultation pour information et afin que les candidats proposent un planning d'exécution cohérent. Il est précisé que les études d'exécution (plans EXE) ont déjà été réalisées dans le cadre du marché initial. Le présent marché porte donc exclusivement sur les prestations de fourniture et de pose sur la base des plans réalisés par l'entreprise et à l'exclusion de toute mission d'études. Le présent marché s'inscrit dans la continuité de la consultation initiale n° CHC/2021_TX_B013, reparties en 14 lots, y compris le lot 3 initial. La présente consultation remplace le lot 3 en allotissant ce dernier Menuiseries bois extérieure; Menuiseries bois intérieure - Mobilier
