Description

Les travaux ont pour objet l’exécution des travaux relatifs : • Au remplacement des réseaux hydrauliques enterrés eau chaude, • À la rénovation des sous-stations n°39, n°43 et n°18, • À la création d’une production ECS électrique indépendante pour le bâtiment 60 « Pavillon H », • À la généralisation de pompes à débit variable ou avec variateurs déportés, • À l’installation de compteurs volumétriques sur toutes les alimentations Eau Froide Sanitaire (EFS) des productions d’Eau Chaude Sanitaire (ECS) actuelles, • Au dévoiement de l’alimentation vapeur HP qui alimente la crèche. Les sous-stations n°53 et n°105, mises en service récemment, ne sont pas concernées par les travaux. La sous-station du bâtiment 26 « René Garcin » n’est pas traitée dans le cadre de la présente opération. La sous-station de la crèche existante n’est pas incluse dans le périmètre des travaux, hormis pour les pompes à débit variable et le compteur d’eau froide sanitaire.
