La constitution d'équipes de déplombage en nombre suffisant pour accompagner le Lot Technique n°3 durant ses opérations de renforcements structurels. Lire impérativement à cet effet l'article n°1.2 du Lot Technique n°3 et tenir compte du phasage de ses travaux en situation plomb. LOT TECHNQIUE n°3 Renforcement structurel - Gros-oeuvre - Maçonnerie : La réalisation des études de dimensionnement des ouvrages à réaliser et des soutènements provisoires, La réalisation des démolitions des murs porteurs, La réalisation des démolitions pour créer la trémie d'escalier, La réalisation du renforcement sous le plancher des combles, La réalisation des renforcements au droit des ouvertures des murs porteurs, La mise en place des étaiements pendant les phases provisoires, Renforcement et/ou reprise des linteaux au droit des murs porteurs, La réalisation des sommiers et massifs en béton, Réalisation des chevêtres métalliques au droit des puits de lumière à créer.
