Le présent avis fait suite à une précédente consultation publiée fin mars 2026 et déclarée sans suite. La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de réhabilitation de l'enveloppe des 5 bâtiments composant le groupe immobilier, composé de 5 bâtiments de R+4 à R+8, 11 cages d'escalier, et 241 logements. Conformément à l'article R2124-3-4° du code de la commande publique, le marché sera passé selon la procédure concurrentielle avec négociation car il ne peut être attribué sans négociation préalable du fait de circonstances particulières liées à sa complexité : -travaux réalisés en milieu occupé contraint tout en assurant la continuité des services aux locataires, -capacités d'intervention en présence de matériaux amiantés
