Summary

Machine-generated summary

The École Polytechnique in Palaiseau is procuring works to strip out and decontaminate buildings 13 and 14 of its central complex on the Route de Saclay campus, as preparatory works for a wider restructuring project. The contract has a single lot with mixed pricing: a fixed lump-sum part covering stripping, decontamination including asbestos removal, and removal of all building elements, estimated at 5.6 million euros excluding tax; and a unit-price part, maximum 2.5 million euros excluding tax, for careful removal of elements for reuse off-site and supplementary asbestos removal discovered during the works. Part of adjacent building 8 and the footbridges to buildings 7 and 69 will also be demolished.
