Description

La réhabilitation et l'extension du groupe scolaire CHARLES HUARD et la construction d'un pôle communautaire à Saint Martin de May. Le groupe scolaire est implanté entre la rue Biganos et la rue Virgile Challe située dans le centre bourg face à la mairie. Réhabilitation des deux bâtiments existants (A et B). La démolition et reconstruction de la liaison entre les bâtiments A et B qui servira dans le cadre du projet à la liaison des bâtiments A, B et C. Il est prévu trois constructions nouvelles : bâtiment C, E et D. Le bâtiment D est à l'Est du projet (dans la continuité du bâtiment B) et accueillera un Relais Petite Enfance.
