The Pays de la Loire Region is launching a global performance contract under Article L.2171-3 of the French public procurement code for the energy renovation of two secondary schools. The contract has two lots, each covering one school: the S. CARNOT school in Saumur (49) and the R. GARNIER school in La Ferte-Bernard (72). Each lot includes design services covering all project phases from preliminary design through completion, the energy renovation works, commissioning, operation and maintenance of technical installations, energy measurement, verification and monitoring, and awareness raising for users. Each lot constitutes a global performance public contract. This notice concerns the selection of candidates for the contract.
