Description

Le présent dossier intervient dans le cadre de la Phase 1 pour la création d’une gare TGV/TER multimodale (PEM = Pôle Echange Multimodal) avec 4 voies à quais sur le site de Nice St AUGUSTIN. Celui-ci consiste à transformer la gare actuelle de Nice St AUGUSTN, située à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport de NICE. La future Gare NAE (NAE = NICE AEROPORT) recevra des TER et des TGV, sera munie d’une vélo-station, d’un parking, d’une aire de dépose minute et dépose/reprise taxis. Elle sera interconnectée avec les 3 lignes de Tram de la ville, les cars, bus et l’aéroport. Le marché 7 porte principalement sur la dépose de la passerelle métallique existante, la création des réseaux secs et humides, la réalistion de murets de soutènements ainsi que des murs de soutènements Nord et Nord-Est, des travaux de quais, de mise en oeuvre d'espaces verts et de réalisation de bassins de rétention. Les travaux à exécuter consistent à des travaux de réalisation de murets de soutènements et des murs de soutènements Nord et Nord-Est, de travaux de création d'espaces verts, de travaux de création de réseaux secs et humides, de travaux de création de quais, de travaux de création de bassins de rétention et de dépose d'une passerelle existante. Ces travaux sont à réaliser dans le cadre du présent Marché unique tout cors d'états.
