Les travaux concernent la réfection des revêtements des sols des courts de tennis créés en 1970 et repeints en 2007, situés sur le parvis du Complexe Aquatique à Hyères : Avenue Ambroise Thomas - 83400 HYÈRES LES PALMIERS (83 Var). Les travaux consistent en la rénovation du revêtement en béton poreux par un revêtement artificiel homologué par la Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) et la fourniture et pose d’accessoires pour les terrains de tennis. La rénovation devra permettre la pratique du tennis aussi bien à destination des scolaires que des compétitions assimilées en terre battue au profit du Tennis Club Hyèrois. Les travaux objet de ce marché ne comprennent pas la pose de clôtures qui sera effectuée par une entreprise déjà titulaire d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la ville d’Hyères. Ces travaux devront néanmoins s’articuler avec ceux relatifs au présent marché. Le marché comprend la fourniture et l’installation des équipements sportifs des terrains de tennis décrits à l’article 1-3 du du CCAP et au CCTP.
