Conception et réalisation d'une Plateforme Logistique de 9 456m² (+/-15%) avec terrain ou réhabilitation d’un bâtiment existant dans une zone géographique située sur le secteur de St Etienne intra-muros, zone de la Talaudière ou de St Priest en Jarez, proche des grands axes A72 et N88, avec voirie autorisée aux poids lourds. Projet en BEFA avec option VEFA. Le projet devra permettre d’intégrer le processus industriel de La Poste sur 9 456m² (+/-15%) de surfaces d’exploitation dont 815m² de surfaces tertiaires; les exigences de stationnement sont de 73 places de parking VUL en extérieur et/ou intérieur dont 68 places pour véhicules < 8m3 et 5 places pour véhicules > 8m3 ; 11 quais poids lourds / caisses mobiles ; 1 quai de plain-pied sur cour poids lourds ; 10 portes sectionnelles de chargement réservées aux véhicules légers (selon configuration des stationnements VUL); 151 places de parking VL pour le personnel dont 3 places handicapées ; 2 places de parking poids lourds ; 3 places de parking caisses mobiles ; 2 places pour véhicules Log’Issimo (3 m x 6,5 m). La Maitrise d’Ouvrage est ouverte à toute solution alternative pouvant répondre aux exigences de ce besoin fonctionnel, toutefois toute candidature hors du périmètre mentionné sera déclarée irrecevable. » Le terrain ou bâti proposé devra avoir une contenance suffisante pour répondre aux exigences du projet (Surface de bâtiment, nombre de places de parking et allées de circulation associées, nombre de quais Poids lourds/Véhicules légers y compris aires de retournement associées). Les ratios habituels sont de 1m² bâtis pour 3m² de foncier minimum, selon configuration de la parcelle.
