Le marché qui sera conclu à l'issue de cette procédure comprend les études et les prestations nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux conformément aux garanties souscrites par le Titulaire. Il comprend également la mise au point, la mise en régime, l'observation en marche industrielle des nouvelles installations et leur conduite durant les essais de garantie. La date de démarrage des travaux est indiquée à titre indicatif
