Description

Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. L'opération d'aménagement INNOVEX consiste à créer une plateforme de 15,2 ha permettant d'accueillir des pilotes industriels sur des lots viabilisés (voiries, réseaux eau potable et industrielle, électricité, télécom). Les travaux faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent la réalisation de terrassements généraux et de la construction d'une route, désignés de la façon suivante : - Mouvement général des terres pour niveler le terrain ; - Voie principale et raccordement à la voie Sud existante : voie d'accès et de raccordement au réseau viaire existant ; - Voie sud existante bidirectionnelle partie comprise sur la périphérie de la parcelle JUPITER 1000, modification structurelle du corps de chaussée et du sens de circulation en sens unique. Le programme comprend toutes les fournitures et mises en oeuvre nécessaires à la complète réalisation des travaux prévus au présent marché (terrassements-assainissements-chaussées-signalisation) ainsi que la remise en état des lieux mis à disposition de l'entrepreneur ou modifiés par le déroulement des travaux. Ceci couvre notamment : - Les installations de chantier ; - L'exploitation sous chantier ; - Les études complémentaires nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux ; - Les piquetages complémentaires et spéciaux conformément à l'article 27 du CCAG ; - Le contrôle intérieur ; - Les travaux de terrassements (terrassements, reclassement d'arase, remblai, couche de forme avec apport extérieur) ; - Les travaux d'assainissement (fourniture et pose de canalisations, de caniveaux, agrandissement de bassin de rétention existant et ses équipements, création d'un bassin étanche) ; - Les travaux de chaussées (fourniture et mise en oeuvre de matériaux traités aux liants hydrauliques et hydrocarbonés) ; - Les travaux de modifications de la voirie existante ; - Les travaux d'équipements de la route ; - Les travaux de signalisation de police et de marquage au sol ; - Les ouvrages provisoires
