The Metropole of Orleans, responsible for creating, developing, maintaining and managing district heating networks, has delegated a public service concession lasting 10 years covering the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernisation of urban heating production and distribution in part of its territory: Orleans La Source, Olivet and Fleury les Aubrais. Within this framework, DALKIA acts as delegated project owner on behalf of ECOME and is carrying out heat production and distribution installations. The works include creating a network of about 150 metres, roadworks, civil engineering and buried networks, and connection to the existing network.
