Description

Dalkia a été attributaire d'un contrat de délégation de service public portant sur le financement, la conception, la réalisation et l'exploitation d'un réseau de chaud de froid et de rafraîchissement alimenté par la récupération des calories sur le réseaux d'assainissement, des puits géothermiques, une centrale biomasse, une centrale hybride ( PAC) et des chaufferies gaz. Ce contrat est géré Dalkia qui est en charge de cette DSP alimentera à termes en chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire des abonnés de tous types (logements, culturel, enseignements, ...). Le réseau est constitué en 3 sous-ensemble ( y compris pose de la fibre) : réseau de chaleur avec antennes vers les sous stations qui dessert en eau chaude la ville d'Avignon, température du fluide primaire en entrée du poste de livraison est de 70°C +/- 2°C ; 1 réseau de froid, la température du fluide primaire en entrée du poste de livraison est de 7°C +/- 1°C ; 1 réseau de rafraîchissement, la température du fluide primaire en entrée du poste de livraison est de 12°C +/- 1°C. La présente consultation porte sur la conclusion d'un Accord Cadre Travaux de génie civil, VRD et pose de réseaux, multi-attributaires sur Avignon, exécutable par la conclusion de marchés subséquents ou de bons de commande, avec un montant maximum de 50 000 000 euros HT sur sa durée totale présumée de 5 ans ( 2 +1+1+1) et sans montant minimum. Les prestations à réaliser porteront notamment sur les études de conception des réseaux (études d'exécution, etc...), la fourniture des éléments constitutifs du réseau (y compris, les équipements associés), les opérations de pose et de soudure de ces éléments, le manchonnage, les essais. Topographie et géo détection associée selon les besoins.
