Description

Consultation pour la fourniture et la pose de tronçon de réseau de chaud et froid urbain sur Centre Métropole de Lyon. Les prestations comprendront la conception du réseau (études d'exécution, notes de calcul de flexibilité...), la fourniture des composants du réseau, la réalisation de la tranchée, la pose et la soudure des pièces, la réalisation des jonctions, les essais, le remblaiement des tranchées et les réfections provisoires, et définitives. Accord-cadre multi-attributaires (4 à 6 envisagés) pour la fourniture et la pose de tronçon de réseau de chaud et froid urbain sur Centre Métropole de Lyon. Les prestations comprendront la conception du réseau (études d'exécution, notes de calcul de flexibilité...), la fourniture des composants du réseau, la réalisation de la tranchée, la pose et la soudure des pièces, la réalisation des jonctions, les essais, le remblaiement des tranchées et les réfections provisoires, et définitives. La durée de l'accord-cadre sera de 2 ans, reconductible 3 fois 2 ans. L'accord-cadre s'exécutera par l'émission de bons de commande pour les opérations inférieures à 250 000 euros et par la conclusion de marchés subséquents après remise en concurrence pour les opérations supérieures à ce montant. Il est précisé que certaines opérations objet du marché (volume <5% du volume total) devront être réalisées en présence d'amiante pour le raccordement sur l'existant. Les prestations relatives à ces raccordements pourront être réalisées en propre ou sous-traitées. Les bons de commande seront attribués selon des zones géographiques prédéfinies dans les documents de consultation. L'Accord-cadre ne confère pas d'exclusivité aux titulaires sur les besoins de l'Acheteur.
