Le présent marché concerne la réalisation d'une extension de 75 places au parking Ouest du centre hospitalier de Tarbes- Lourdes, sur le site de Tarbes La-Gespe. Ce nouveau parking sera non imperméabilisé et constituée d'une grave 0/31.5mm compactée en couche de roulement. La plateforme et le fond de forme seront drainés par la réalisation de tranchées drainantes. Le marché concerne également la pose de candélabres ainsi que leur raccordement au réseau d'électricité existant. Le marché concerne aussi le raccordement au système de vidéo de surveillance et la pose de nouvelles caméras. La pose d'aménagements et d'arbustes sont également envisagés
