Description

Le marché consistera en : -La requalification et la réalisation des nouveaux accès à l'Hôpital et à l'extension neuve ; -La création de nouvelles aires de stationnement, parvis, dépose-minute, et circulations routières associées au Nouvel Hôpital ; -La démolition de certains ouvrages existants pour la création de ces nouvelles voies ; -La construction d'une extension neuve connectée à l'établissement existant, envisagée sur 7 niveaux ; -La rénovation thermique du bâtiment existant, notamment par une isolation thermique de l'enveloppe par l'extérieur et le remplacement des menuiseries extérieures. Le site du Centre Hospitalier d'Auch sera occupé et en activité pendant l'ensemble des travaux envisagés. Des informations complémentaires sont portées à la connaissance des potentiels candidats dans le présent avis de pré information, concernant le calendrier de la consultation, les compétences attendues et la composition des groupements candidats. Le calendrier prévisionnel indicatif est établi comme suit : -Envoi de l'AAPC : Septembre 2025. -Remise des candidatures : Octobre 2025. -Invitation des candidats retenus à remettre leur proposition initiale : Fin novembre 2025. -Remise des propositions initiales : Mars 2026. -Phase négociations jusqu'à réception de l'offre finale : Fin juillet 2026 -Livraison des ouvrages : 2029/2030. Les domaines de compétences et de références attendues pour ce Marché Global Sectoriel sont indiqués de façon prévisionnelle à titre indicatif : -Bâtiment hospitalier, -Voiries et Réseaux Divers (VRD) : aménagements des accès, voiries, stationnement, aménagement paysager associé, -Extension connectée à des existants en fonctionnement, -Isolation Thermique par l'Extérieur en site occupé, -Architecture, -Un bureau d'études pluridisciplinaires ou plusieurs bureaux d'études d'ingénierie couvrant l'ensemble des techniques courantes pour la construction de bâtiments neufs et de réhabilitation La valeur estimée de l'opération de 33 000 000 euro(s) HT est hors prestations intellectuelles et de maintenance
