Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la construction d'un parking relais en superstructure pour une capacité de 420 places de stationnement, soit un bâtiment en R+5 après les premières études de faisabilité. Le parking sera conçu pour être : • Un Établissement Recevant du Public (ERP), type PS sans affectation de catégorie. • Largement ventilé (PSLV). Cette opération concerne : 1. La démolition d'un bâtiment existant sur l'emprise projet (corps d'état démolition), 2. La construction du parking en superstructure (missions architecturale et techniques) 3. L'installation en toiture d'ombrières photovoltaïques (corps d'état photovoltaïque) 4. La requalification de la voie d'accès existante avec la sécurisation des abords (corps d'état VRD). Le présent marché est un marché global de conception-réalisation permettant de confier à un opérateur économique une mission portant à la fois sur l'établissement des études et l'exécution des travaux.
