Description

Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux structurels, de rénovation et de création dans les bâtiments communaux de la Ville du Raincy. Les travaux portent exclusivement sur des opérations impactant le bâti, comprenant notamment : - la dépose complète d’installations ou d’ouvrages existants ; - la création, la modification ou la réfection lourde de réseaux, équipements, menuiseries ou parois ; - la mise en conformité des installations ; - la création d’ouvrages neufs intégrés ; - les travaux nécessitant intervention sur les parois (percements, scellements, reprises, réservations). Travaux structurels de plomberie, sanitaire et ventilation impactant le bâti, notamment lors de réfections lourdes, modernisations ou remises en conformité réglementaire.; Travaux structurels électriques (courant fort et courant faible) impactant le bâti notamment lors de rénovations complètes, créations de circuits, modernisations et mises en conformité réglementaire.; Travaux structurels de serrurerie, métallerie et vitrerie notamment lors de rénovations, mise en conformité et aménagement du second oeuvre métallique et verrier dans le patrimoine bâti.; Travaux structurels de clos-couvert notamment lors de rénovations ou amélioration du clos et du couvert.; Travaux structurels intérieurs et de réaménagements multi-techniques (TCE) notamment lors de travaux intérieurs complets ou rénovations partielles de locaux existants, incluant plusieurs corps d’état coordonnés.
